Flex's TikTok integration provides you with seamless access to TikTok’s extensive content ecosystem and performance analytics, allowing you to better understand and leverage the impact of influencer content.
Connecting Your TikTok Creator Marketplace Account
To add your TikTok account, select Integrations > Connect.
- You will then be prompted to connect your TikTok account by signing into TikTok.
- Once your TikTok account has been connected, you will see it listed under the TikTok section under Organization Integrations.
Please note: Once a TTCM is added, it is visible in all Accounts within the Organization. Individual users must have view access set in their permissions to view the TTCM on the Organization.
Sending Offers Using Your TikTok Creator Marketplace Account
Accessing Offers
Offers are housed under the Campaigns module. From the index view, you can send or record a new offer, as well as associate, clone, and edit existing offers. You can add as many offers to your Flex campaigns as you would like.
Please note: Users must have access to the Campaigns and Offers module to access the Offers tab for any given campaign.
The permissions available for the Offers feature include View, Edit, Delete and Export. These permissions are given to Organization Admins by default and can be manually granted to Organization Members and Account Members.

- To create an offer, navigate to your Campaign > Offers > +New Offer.
Sending Offers with TikTok Ad Authorization
Please note: The option to enable TikTok Ad Authorization will only appear once you have added your TikTok Creator Marketplace account.
After filling out your offer details, you will see the option to enable TikTok Ad Authorization. Requesting authorization from the creator allows you to promote their TikTok posts using Spark Ads on TikTok Ads Manager.
- To enable this access, select the toggle on the right hand side.
- From here, you will need to select your authorization period. This is how long you will be promoting the content on TikTok and will be set in the Creator Terms section of your offer.
- After you have finished filling out your offer details select, Send Offer.
Viewing Spark Codes and Analytics
IZEA Flex offers direct access to TikTok’s Spark Codes, allowing marketers to quickly obtain ad authorizations from creators and move forward with campaigns efficiently.
Flex also clearly displays the remaining days of ad authorization for each Spark Code on every piece of content, enabling marketers to effectively plan and optimize their amplification strategies.
Spark Codes
Spark codes are located on the content details page in Flex. You can find the content details page by clicking into the content anywhere in Flex. Once you have located and clicked into your content, you can locate the spark code on the right-hand side of your screen.
In the right-hand side panel, you can also view the TikTok Ad Authorization timeframe that was agreed upon for this piece of content. Next to the Spark code you will see how many days remain for the ad authorization based on this timeframe.
Analytics
You can view all of the analytics for each post by clicking on the Insights tab, located on the content details page in Flex. The analytics shown on the insights tab are provided directly through the TikTok API.
