You can update your password from your account preferences at any time in The Creator Marketplace®.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page by clicking Forgot Password. An email will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your password.
- Navigate to and select your avatar at the top of your account > Settings.
- From here, select Preferences.
- Within the Password section, you will need to enter your current password followed by your new password.
- When complete, select Update Password.
Please note: Passwords must contain at least 10 characters and include:
- 1 lowercase
- 1 uppercase
- 1 number
- 1 symbol (special character)
