Settings - Marketplace Memberships

In The Creator Marketplace®, we have three different membership options that you may choose from depending on your account type and needs.

Navigating to Your Memberships

  • To locate your membership page, navigate to your avatar at the top of your account and select Settings
  • From here, select Membership.

Membership Options

Free Membership

The free membership is automatically assigned when you create your creator or marketer account. 

Standard features:
  • Pitch 3 casting calls per month
  • Purchase listings
  • Create your own listings
  • 17.5% Seller Service Fee
  • 45 Day Seller Payout

Pro Memberships

Pro memberships are available for both marketers and creators. Memberships are offered at an annual or monthly fee. 

Creator Pro 

Creator Pro is offered at $72 USD per year or $9 USD per month and can be canceled at any time. The Creator Pro membership includes all of the standard features of the free membership plus:

  • Pitch unlimited casting calls
  • Guaranteed Traffic
  • Social & Performance Analytics
  • Pro Badge
  • Priority Admin Approval
  • 10% Seller Service Fee
  • 30 Day Seller Payout

Marketer Pro

Marketer pro is offered at $1,188.00 USD per year or $99.00 USD per month and can be canceled at any time. The marketer pro membership includes all of the features of the creator pro membership plus:

  • Create your own Casting Calls
  • Initiate 1:1 Chat
  • Priority Support
  • 10% Seller Service Fee
  • 30 Day Seller Payout

Upgrading Your Membership

If you would like to upgrade your membership, you can do so from the Membership page. 

  • Navigate to the membership you would like to upgrade to and select Upgrade to.
  • From here, you will be taken to Stripe checkout, where you can enter  your payment information.
  • Follow the prompts provided in Stripe to complete the payment process.

Membership History

On your membership page, you will be able to view the invoices for each of your payments for your membership. You can download the invoices as PDFs or use the Quick View option to view your invoice in Stripe and download a receipt.

Downgrading or Canceling Your Membership

If you need to downgrade or cancel your membership, you can do so directly from your account. 

  • From the membership page, select Update Plan.
  • You will then be presented with your current plan.
    • If you would like to update you membership, select Update Plan under your current membership selection. 
    • If you want to cancel your membership, select Downgrade Plan under the Free membership option.
