Accessing and Understanding Draft Review
You have two options to access your drafts for review. The first is in the Draft Review section on your main Dashboard. The second is from the Draft Review tab.
- You will see the Draft Review tab on the left hand navigation. Select Campaigns > Draft Review to be taken to the draft review dashboard.
- On the dashboard you can see all of the drafts that are ready for your review.
To view a specific piece of content from either option, select the content name.
Once on the draft, you can view information about the content that you are reviewing. You will see the draft of the content, the version, and the caption for the content.
- If you have multiple versions of the draft, you can switch through the versions of your drafts by selecting the versions dropdown.
You will also see an option to download the content.
- To download content, select the icon next to the image name. The download will be sent to your downloads folder on your device.
Under the additional details, you can see the Contact Name, Campaign Name,
the users Platform that was selected, and the Content Type. These will showcase who has created the draft, the campaign it originated from, the platform that the content will be posted on and the type of content that is going to be posted.
The deliverable section will showcase the content that was requested. You can see the draft due date, final content due date and any requirements.
Reviewing Content
After locating your draft content, you are ready to review. The creator may have provided comments when submitting their draft. You can view those directly under the submitted content.
Once you are ready to send your revisions back to the creator, select the Request Revision option. You can then enter in your reason for requesting the revision in the box provided or select Share Feedback.
On the right-hand side, of each draft version you can see all of the previous revision requests. This allows you to ensure that the creator has made all of the requested edits.
You can go back and forth with the creator as many times as needed. If the draft provided does not require any revisions, select Approve Draft and then Approve Draft. The creator will receive an email alerting them their draft has been approved. They can submit their final content once their publishing window has opened.
