If you need to make payment, date, or social post changes to a particular influencer collaboration after offer acceptance, you are able to do so by renegotiating (ie: editing) the offer in the system. Let's walk through how to do that below!

Editing Units and/or Deliverables
At any time prior to approving draft content for a unit (ie: social post), you can make the following changes:
Renegotiating Payment
- To renegotiate the payment details for an offer, go to Unity Workflow > campaign > project.
- From the Outline tab of your project locate the offer you would like to edit. Once located, click on the
icon to the right of the influencer's name and then select Edit offer Details.
- A fly-out page will open to the right of your screen. From here, you can make any changes you need regarding influencer payout and/or Non-Cash Compensation for this influencer's offer. Once you have made your changes, click the green button at the bottom right of your screen labeled Next: Review Changes.
- On the next screen, you will be able to type a note to send to the influencer regarding the changes under the Additional Comments section. Once you are ready, simply click Request Changes. At this point, the influencer will need to log in to their account in the system to review and accept the renegotiation.
Editing Units and/or Deliverables
- To edit your units and/or deliverables go to Unity Workflow > campaign > project.
- From the Outline tab of your project locate the offer you would like to edit. Once located, click on the icon to the right of the influencer's name and then select Edit Deliverables and Units.
- From here, you can take any action you need to change the units and/or deliverable(s) for this offer. You can Remove (ie: delete), Clone (ie: add new using the cloned details), or Edit (change Required Elements).
- Once you have made your changes, click the green buttons at the bottom right of your screen until you reach the end page. From there you can type a note to send to the influencer regarding the changes under the Additional Comments section.
- Once you are ready, simply click the final green Request Changes button. At this point, the influencer will need to log in to their account in the system to review and accept the renegotiation.
Changing Dates
- To update the draft and/or publish dates for a social post, while you are editing, click into the Deliverable > Unit you need to change the date(s) for, and from there select the date at the bottom to choose a new date from the calendar.
- Once you have made your changes, click the green buttons at the bottom right of your screen until you reach the end page. From there you can type a note to send to the influencer regarding the changes under the Additional Comments section.
- Once you are ready, click the final green Request Changes button. At this point, the influencer will need to log in to their account in the system to review and accept the renegotiation.
