Since IZEA® is a third party that provides a platform for creators and marketers to come together, we do not offer 1099 tax forms. All tax information will be provided by PayPal.
Per the IRS, payments made with a credit card or payment card and certain other types of payments, including third-party network transactions, must be reported on Form 1099-K by the payment settlement entity under section 6050W and are not subject to reporting on Form 1099-MISC.
Of note - With the 1099-K thresholds dropping to $600 this year (previously $20K + 200 transactions). You more than likely you will have to confirm your identity on PayPal, if not already done so. This will be for tax purposes and if not confirmed will more than likely cause delay in any payments until done so.
Since IZEA payments are made via third-party network PayPal, you will not be receiving a 1099-MISC from IZEA. Please reach out to PayPal directly for any questions regarding 1099-Ks. More information on this can be found here:
