If you need to locate a specific payment on the Direct Pay dashboard, you may do so by filtering through your payments. This article will walk you through the various ways to filter your payments.
- Select the Finance tab at the top of your account > Direct Pay.
- Once on the Direct Pay dashboard, you have the option to filter through all of your payments. You can filter for your payments using each of the filtering tools separately, or you can refine your search by using all of the filtering tools together.
Payment Status
By default, your payments will also be set to Show All Payments. To search for your payments by a different status, select the 
icon next to Show All Payments. From here you will be able to select one of the other payment statuses. Once you have selected your payment status, you will see your dashboard update accordingly.
Date Ranges
To filter by a specific date range, click into the box next to the calendar icon > on the start and end date for how you would like to filter your payments. Once you have selected your date ranges, you will see your dashboard update accordingly.
