Flex has reshaped offer acceptance in digital content creation, offering an efficient, user-friendly experience. Creators can easily accept, negotiate, or decline offers without need to log into the platform or create an account. This offer outlines the rights and responsibilities of between the marketer and the creator.
Locating Offers
Offers sent from Flex can be found directly in your email. Once an offer has been sent and opened, navigate to the Respond to Offer action at the bottom of your email to get started.
Offer Overview
You will now be taken to your offer details page. On the offer details page you will find all of the deliverables and requirements for your offer.
In the first section you will see who the offer is for, the Creator. Which product or brand the offer is promoting, the Brand. Finally you will see the Marketer, which is the agency or brand that has sent you the offer.
Next you will see the Campaign Brief section. The campaign brief is a general overview of the campaign and what your posts will focus on. Marketers may also ask you to reference the Files in this section, as they will sometime attach a PDF version of the campaign brief.
The deliverables are the post requirements for the campaign. For each deliverable you will see the following:
- Type of post (Original Content or Social Share)
- Platform (if applicable)
- Content type
- Draft requirements (if applicable)
- Payment amount
- Due date
- Requirements for the post
You may also see the option to add your handle or Set Handle. If you see this, you will need to add your social handle for the corresponding platform.
- To add your social handle select, Set Handle.
- A pop-up will appear where you can add your social handle in the box provided.
- If you have multiple of the same platform deliverable select, Apply to all deliverables.
- Finally select, Add Handle.
The additional requirements consist of any additional items that may need to be included or excluded from your post. Files are any additional files that the marketer would like you to review or even materials to include in your post.
The creator terms section outlines items such as payment terms and content usage. You will want to make sure that you review this section, as well as the master terms for influencer marketing, before taking action on your offer.
Acting on an Offer
Once you have reviewed all of the details of the offer, you will need to take action on the offer. At this point, you have the option to accept, negotiate or decline your offer.
Accepting an Offer
- To accept your offer select the Accept Offer option.
- From here, you may be required to update or provide your PayPal email for your offer payment. Enter in your PayPal email into the box provided.
- Next you will need to agree to the terms and conditions. Check the box provided.
- Make sure to review all of the details of your offer and then once ready select, Submit Response.
Negotiating an Offer
- To negotiate your offer select the Negotiate option.
- From here, you may be required to update or provide your PayPal email for your offer payment. Enter in your PayPal email into the box provided.
- Next you will need to submit your new offer terms to the Campaign Manager. Enter in your terms in the box provided.
- Make sure to review all of the details of your offer and then once ready select, Submit Response.
Declining an Offer
- To decline your offer select the Decline Offer option.
- From here, you may be required to update or provide your PayPal email for your offer payment. Enter in your PayPal email into the box provided.
- Next you have the option to submit your reason for declining to the Campaign Manager. Enter in your response in the box provided.
- Make sure to review all of the details of your offer and then once ready select, Submit Response.
