Marketers - ContentMine: Creating And Modifying Groups
With ContentMine you are able to create and modify your individual Groups of assets. Each Group is either programmatically created based on your Campaigns in the system or created by you with your chosen grouping.
Creating A New Group
- Log into your account and select the ContentMine navigation tab.
- Select Create New Group.
- A pop-up will appear where you can name your new group. Select Create Group.
- From here your new group will be created and you can begin adding individual assets.
Adding Assets To Groups
- Locate the asset you would like to add to your group, by either using the search and filter tool or selecting Browse.
- Once you have selected your asset, click on the drop-down arrow in the bottom right-hand corner and select Add to Group.
- From here the asset will be added to your group.
Removing Assets From Groups
- Locate the asset you would like to remove from your group.
- Once you have selected your asset, click on the drop-down arrow in the bottom right-hand corner and select Remove From Group.
- From here the asset will be removed from your group.
Deleting A Group
- Locate and select the group you would like to delete.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to download group and select Delete Group.
- A pop-up will appear and if you are sure you would like to delete the group, select Delete.
- From here the group will be removed from your ContentMine.
