Brands and agencies can generate creator results that align with specific themes and tap into valuable insights. The ‘creator handle’ pages feature high-level information, including themes discussed, recent content, brand mentions, and audience demographics. This comprehensive view includes key ‘social handle’ metrics, providing a snapshot of the creator’s influence, engagement rates, sponsored content percentage, and more.
Now, brands and agencies can make more informed decisions by understanding a creator’s reach and resonance with their target audience, ensuring seamless alignment with campaign objectives.
Profile Overview
Overview
The profile overview showcases a preview of the different analytics and information that Flex Discover provides for creator's handles. The creator's bio, direct link to the live social handle and email (if provided in their bio) can all be found at the top of the creator's profile.
By clicking into the different tabs on the profile, Content, Analytics, Audience, and BrandGraph, you can dive deeper into the information for each creator profile.
Content
On the content tab, you can search through and view all the content that has been created. You can sort your search results by Newest to Oldest, Highest Engagement Rate, Highest Engagements and Most Followers.
Each piece of content provides details about the content. Analytics such as likes and comments for each post can be found, as well as, the total followers. By hovering over a piece of content you will see the options menu, the view profile option and a check box for bulk actions.
Options Menu
- View Content - Opens the content details page.
- View Content On Instagram - Opens a direct link to the post on the chosen social platform.
- Save to ContentMine - Saves the selected pieces of content to your ContentMine.
Pro tip: Saving to ContentMine is great for gathering organic content that may have been created for your brand. The ability to save social media content to ContentMine also ensures that you can easily reference and utilize creative ideas for their strategies.
- Add Handle To - You can add social handles to your contact profiles directly. You can add the handle to an existing contact record or create a new one.
View Profile
View profile takes you to the social handle details page. This will showcase a high level overview of the social handle.
Bulk Actions
The bulk action checkbox provides you with the ability to add multiple pieces of content to ContentMine in one click.
Analytics
The analytics section provides you with an overview of the handle's profile as a whole. Analytics are pulled directly from that platform's API. If you hover over the graphs, you can see the handles ave vs the platforms average as a whole. If you are looking for creators who do not participate in sponsorships often, you may want to use the Sponsored graph to see how often they are posting sponsored content vs the platform as a whole. You can also export analytics by selecting the 
download icon for further analysis and use in presentation decks.
Audience
On the Audience tab, you will see analytics provided about the handle's audience. We have built AI powered machine learning tools that analyze data from each platform's API. This data is then broken down into gender, age and income.
BrandGraph
With BrandGraph integrated into Flex you can view brands and themes that appear across a creator's handle. Themes can be helpful when identifying if a creator's handle will be a fit for your brand. If you are for example looking for painting focused creators, you can see in the creator's themes if they post content about painting. Brands provide insights into how creators are associating your brand with other brands. This information is crucial for effectively positioning your brand for success, whether through social media content or broader brand positioning strategies.
