Leverage the Dashboard under My Work to quickly access your Active Casting Calls and Active Orders and to learn more about other IZEA® solutions.
When you log into your account, you will be taken to the My Work page. This page includes a Dashboard tab. View this tab to quickly access your:
- Active Casting Calls: highlights the number of all active Casting Calls and those you created in the last week.
- Active Orders: highlights the number of all active orders with users in The Creator Marketplace®.
On your dashboard, you will also see a table of the active orders you currently have. The table will provide quick links to each order and information about the order itself. IZEA will also suggest Listings You Might Be Interested In! Click on these curated listings to learn more, message the creator or buy now.
Next to the Dashboard tab, you will see options to click on Orders, Casting Calls and Transactions.
Orders
The Orders dashboard will provide you with information regarding the orders you have purchased and the actions sellers have taken in response to them. If you have not yet purchased a listing, select Find Creators in the upper right-hand corner.
Quick links to your items can be found by clicking on the tile for one of the following:
- Active To-dos: Active To-dos and any to-dos you are waiting on the seller to complete.
- Active Orders: Active Orders and any placed orders that are Awaiting Acceptance by the seller.
- Current Budget: Your total budget spent across all orders and the total number of orders across all time.
Once you select a tile, you will be presented with a table that showcases the various items that may need your attention. The tables will provide information on the listing, seller, invoice numbers, price, order and due dates.
Casting Calls
The Casting Calls dashboard will provide you with information regarding the Casting Calls you have created and the actions sellers have taken in response to them. If you have not yet created a Casting Call, select Create Casting Call in the upper right-hand corner.
Quick links to your items can be found by clicking on the tile for one of the following:
- Change Requests: Status of any Change Request to your existing Casting Call(s) in admin review (a member of IZEA’s Creator Marketplace team).
- Active Casting Calls: View or edit your Casting Calls and or those Casting Calls in draft mode.
- Outstanding Pitches: Pitches from sellers that need your review.
Once you select a tile, you will be presented with a table that showcases the various items that may need your attention. The tables will provide you with information on the casting call, the number of responses, compensation, audience, due date and status.
