      Authenticate Your Instagram Account to IZEA

      Connecting Your Instagram Account to IZEA

      Connecting your Instagram account ensures IZEA can securely verify your profile, access accurate performance insights, and streamline campaign participation.

      ⚠️ Required: Confirm you have a Professional Instagram account (either Business or Creator) before you begin authentication in IZEA.

      Step 1: Change Your Personal Instagram to a Professional Account

      1. Log into the Instagram profile you want to use with IZEA.

      2. From your profile page, tap Edit Profile (under your bio).

      3. Tap Switch to Professional Account.

      4. Choose either Creator or Business Account.

      5. Follow the setup steps and select your appropriate Category.


      Step 2: Authenticate Instagram in IZEA

      Once your Instagram account is set up as a professional account, you’re ready to authenticate with IZEA.

      You can authenticate directly from the Offer page or follow the steps below:

      1. Open the email from no-reply@izea.com with the subject line: "Campaign Invite from IZEA WORLDWIDE, INC"

      2. Click the Accept Invite button

      3. In IZEA, click the button to Connect Instagram (or the respective social channel you’re authenticating).

      4. You’ll be redirected to Instagram's secure login page.

      5. Confirm the permissions, and once complete, you’ll be redirected back to IZEA with your Instagram account authenticated.
