How to Authenticate Your Social Channels When Accepting an Offer

When accepting an offer in Flex, you’ll be asked to authenticate your social channels before you can accept the offer. This helps to ensure accurate performance tracking for your content and makes it easier for you to manage everything in one place.

Step 1: Open Your Offer in Flex

Open your offer in Flex and click the Authenticate Social Channels button above the Submit Response button. 

Note: You won't be able to accept the offer until your channels are authenticated.

Step 2: Authenticate Your Social Channels

You’ll be taken to the IZEA authentication page. Click Connect next to the platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and log in to complete authentication.

Step 3: Complete Your Offer Response

Once your channels are authenticated, you’ll return to Flex to finish reviewing the offer. 


After authenticating once, your social channels will stay connected for future campaigns—so you won’t need to repeat this step unless something changes. Authentication can be removed by logging into your izea.com account.



Tip: If you ever run into issues connecting your channels, make sure you’re logged into the correct account for the platform you’re trying to authenticate.
