Required Sponsored Content Disclosure

We have created disclosure automation technology that helps ensure compliance with the FTC’s .com disclosure guidelines. The software programmatically inserts disclosure into Status Updates, Blog posts, Photo posts and Video posts in a way that is clear and transparent for consumers. The specific disclosure type is chosen by the Creator while creating their content. The disclosure options are as follows:

Blog Post Disclosure Options:

"This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of *Brand Name* for The Partner. All opinions are 100% mine."

"This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of *Brand Name*. All opinions are 100% mine. "

"This post brought to you by *Brand Name*. The content and opinions expressed below are that of *Blog Name*."

Twitter Disclosure Options:

Creators write their Tweet inside of the platform. They are then able to choose a disclosure from one of three different disclosure styles which will appear at the end of their content, before the required link. Creators see a preview of what the final tweet will look like prior to release. The Tweet itself is released via the Twitter API.
