*Refund - How Do I Request A Refund?

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to your account representative with the following information: 

  • Email address associated with the account
  • Amount to be refunded
  • Reason for refund

*Please note that Plan fees are not refundable

Please keep in mind that your refund request must be received within 30 days of the initial deposit for your refund to be processed.
