By default, Admin Access is now enabled! This ability will allow us to better troubleshoot any issues you may have while working in the platform. We encourage all users to allow Admin Access before opening a ticket in Zendesk. If you happen to turn off Admin Access and would like to grant the Creator Love team access to your account for troubleshooting reasons, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to and select Account.

2. Select the Settings tab.

3. From the Settings page check Allow Admin Access. 


4. Don't forget to click Submit to save your changes.
