Message Center

When using the Message Center you will be able to navigate through all of your Chats with the Marketers. You can view Chats from both current Campaigns and previous Campaigns that you have worked on. This article will walk you through the following features of the Message Center:

Viewing And Responding To A Chat 

1. Log into your account and navigate to the Message Center icon in the upper right-hand corner. The blue oval represents how many chats you have open that require action.

 

2. A drop-down will appear, where you can view your most recent Chats with the Marketers. Any new Chats will appear in blue. Click anywhere inside the box provided to be taken to the Message Center Dashboard.

 

4. From here you can view the chat you selected along with all other chats. To respond to the open chat, simply type your message in the box provided and click Send

Viewing All Chats

1. Log into your account and navigate to the Message Center icon in the upper right-hand corner.

 

 

2. Select View All Messages. 

3. From here you will be taken to the Message Center Dashboard where you can view all of your Chats with the Marketers. 

Searching For A Chat 

1. Log into your account and navigate to the Message Center icon in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Select View All Messages. 

3. Once on the Message Center Dashboard, enter the keyword you would like to search your Chats for in the box provided and select the hourglass icon.

 

4. Your search results will appear in the column on the left-hand side. You will be able to view how many times your keyword was found in the chat ((highlighted in yellow). 

5. If you would like to respond to the chat, select the chat and enter your message in the box provided.
